Why should I choose Ontrack?

We are a Works Management System for utilities, civil engineers, excavation and reinstatement contractors. Our system will bring immediate benefits to utilities, construction and contracting companies.

Ontrack users have a holistic view of jobs from start to finish. This allows them to access a job at any point in time, to see what has been carried out and whether the job has been completed.

We offer high-quality images, comprehensive history of job transactions, street works compliance, reporting functions, customer service function, operational visibility and to top it off we have a friendly support team that are happy to help with any query you may have.

What do I need to use Ontrack?

To access the Ontrack 2 desktop application we recommend using Google Chrome, but Ontrack can be used on all internet connected computers with browser software installed.

For Ontrack Mobile, you will need an Apple iOS device. Once you have signed up to Ontrack, a member of our team will email you a link where you will be able to download the app to your device. Note that Ontrack is not available in the App Store.

Ontrack Lite is a web application. It will work on any tablet or phone with an internet connection.

How is Ontrack run?

Ontrack is cloud-based software which allows easy access from any internet connected computer with a browser. There is no application to be downloaded and installed on a desktop computer. Ontrack has the ability to easily integrate with other systems and job data can be uploaded into the system.

Where can I download Ontrack Mobile?

Once you have signed up to Ontrack our team will send a link via email where you will be able to download the Ontrack Mobile app to your device. Note that our app is not available on the Apple App Store.

Is there an Ontrack help line?

Yes, we offer a telephone support line and an email help desk service. Our support line is open from 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and on Saturdays and bank holidays lines are open from 7 am to 1 pm.

Our support team are friendly, knowledgable and will happily walk through any issues that have occurred when using Ontrack.

Do you offer Ontrack training?

Yes, we provide face to face training, webinars, online training and documentation. We cover all Ontrack’s products from Ontrack 2, Ontrack Mobile, Ontrack Reporting and Ontrack Lite.

Do you provide phones?

We do not provide mobile phones, tablets or any computing hardware. Ontrack is a software as a service (SAAS) supplier only.

Is there are limit with how many users can use Ontrack?

There is no limit other than that specified in your licence. We licence Ontrack to businesses of all sizes and have schemes suitable for all.

Is there a limit to how many images or jobs I can have in Ontrack?

There are no limits in Ontrack for either jobs or images. Once licensed, users can send as many images or store as many jobs as required.
