Ontrack’s customer service module includes functionality to manage customer complaints, commendations and enquiries.

What does the Customer module provide?

Ontrack provides the ability for customer service staff to record complaints, commendations or enquiries raised. The follow up communication can be monitored by the user and they can assign a task to supervisors or managers to attend site to rectify any issues raised.

Why would this be beneficial for me?

The customer service features in Ontrack will allow you to look back on historic complaints or enquires. It will keep track of issues raised and support the relationship with customers to ensure that they receive the best possible service.
